Selection Procedure (Local/India)

  1. Studying/Understanding the Requirements.
  2. Short-listing the candidate’s internal database/contacts/head hunting etc., to meet client's specifications & requirements.
  3. Pre-Screening of short-listed resumes by our Recruitment Executives / Technical Experts.
  4. Conducting preliminary interviews by our Executives/Technical Panel in order to ascertain the capacity/capability of applicants.
  5. If required forward a complete set of CVs of candidates to clients for their review and evaluation.
  6. Coordinate and forward the candidate for final interview/recruitment process at client end.

Selection Procedure (US)

  1. Study/Understand the Requirements.
  2. Short-listing the candidates to meet client's specifications & requirements from internal database/contacts/head hunting etc.
  3. Pre-Screening of short-listed resumes by our Technical Experts.
  4. Conducting preliminary talks by our recruitment executives using VOIP technology in order to ascertain the capacity/capability of applicants.
  5. Conducting technical interview by our Technical panel using VOIP technology.
  6. Candidate joins and starts on project.
